C++ Builder

C++ Builder 是一款由 Embarcadero（原 Borland）公司開發的 C++ 整合開發環境（IDE）。它主打 視覺化快速開發（RAD），讓開發者能透過拖曳方式設計使用者介面，並結合原生 C++ 編譯器，大幅縮短 Windows 與跨平台應用程式的開發時間。


它的核心特色與優勢包括：


視覺化介面設計 (VCL/FMX)： 內建視覺化元件庫（VCL 適用於 Windows，FireMonkey 適用於跨平台），讓開發者不用手寫枯燥的 UI 程式碼，直接拖曳按鈕、表單等元件即可完成設計。


原生程式碼效能： 編譯出的是純原生機器碼（Native Code），執行速度快、不依賴大型虛擬機，效能表現優異。
